you underestimate the band wagon effect. many want to climb on the band wagon so they can raise their own self esteem by belonging. they come to believe what ever seems the popular way to think

This entire site has turned into one giant bandwagon, or maybe a steamroller? Disagree with a Trump supporter on anything or anyone and you’d better get out of the way.
