While I am sure this trip had been planned well in advance and there was certainly no way Trump could have known the outcome ,it looks like Trump may be Fated and Born under a Lucky Star.
He just happens to be in Scotland the day after the biggest vote in Decades in England and has an opportunity to comment and even better did not shoot from the hip and said exactly the right things before his round of golf.
Hillary and Obama must be seething and as mad as March Hares. Trump was there and they were not.
I don’t think it was coincidental that Trump had the press conference scheduled for after the vote. If it had gone against him, he could’ve just said, “oh, well, not my problem”, and focused on the great golf. But he was predicting “Leave” all the way back in March, so he probably placed his bets that it would quite a nice time to pop up in the U.K.!
