She wishes it was illegal for whites to even THINK of not paying all the bills for darker people. People like her reinforce the racial stereotype that non-whites are incapable of feeding, clothing, or educating themselves.

I don't want to come across as, God forbid, "racist"
but most of the non-white African, Arab and other people seem to be incapable of taking care of themselves without help from the "white" world.
