“Suspected” being the key word there. I guess some Republicans care as little about due process as the Dems. One worries (but does not know for sure) that a possible Dem plan might be to use the fly list as a foot-in-door to make gun ownership control extra-constitutional, then to label political enemies as potential bad guys. One would love to be wrong on this worry.

Agreed. They don't get to take our rights away based on mere suspicion. And they don't get to define "terrorist", else it would include all caucasians, all Christians, all global warming skeptics, all Republicans, etc, etc, etc.
