Do you think DJT is saying that money we donate directly to DJT is then being sent to the RNC?

Is that what he means when he says “checks are being cut to the RNC”?

I don’t think the RNC gets any part of what he collects from himself.

When Trump was talking about checks "cut to the RNC" he was talking about the big-dollar fundraisers, $50,000 a plate type of event. Attendees there "cut checks" (write checks), payable to the RNC, not payable to Trump.

I'm confident that small donations sent directly to Trump do not pass through the RNC at all.
