None of the justices are identified in the opinion. It says only per curiam, equally divided court.

Scary thing is we are so close to dying right now as a nation. Just one vote in 8 could have ended the United States in a fit of increasingly fast death.
Borders, Common Language, Common Culture. Without these you cease to be a nation.

As soon as Fox News announced he would address the US Supreme Court ruling I changed the channel. He basically said they have made their ruling now let them enforce it.

The Supreme Court had a mixed record. This ruling was a huge relief. The abortion ruling was a disappointment.
