Trump won the primaries while spending just a fraction of what the other candidates spent. He barely ran any campaign ads but it was TRUMP, TRUMP, TRUMP all last summer, all last fall, all last winter and then all during spring. Winning on a shoestring is the best advertising for his campaign. We need somebody in the White House who doesn't just sling billions of dollars at problems.
Trump has plenty of money in his personal coffers should he need it.
