Add Tim Pawlenty and Col. Allen West. Pawlenty would be the safest choice for Trump. He needs a VP that would do no harm, but also a VP that is an attack dog. Pawlenty or West would fit that role.

I like Pawlenty but just don’t see him as benefiting Trump. This VP pick is being billed to be the biggest news event of the summer.
Posters have been pushing Pawlenty for president, on this site, for more years than I can remember an d he’ll NEVER be VEEP nor president. He brings less than NOTHING whatsoever to the ticket and is completely useless; no matter what YOU think of him.

West, while I love him personally, has no chance. He couldn’t win his house seat as an incumbent!
Pawlenty is not very loved by his home state..
While he might not hurt the ticket, he does not really deliver anything. I can’t say putting him on the ticket would make me more or less inclined to vote for Trump.
