That too, all of it is adds up to higher crime rates, that get covered up. I use to do a ton of crime data research and still have it on the computer. What you find would make rational people sick. So many extra crimes and deaths that would never have been committed if the Prep had served out full sentences or if the sentences had fit the crime.

Memphis is on murder 108 as of last night. Beale St has gone to a $10 bracelet to get in and the bars are installing walk thru metal detectors. Not safe to go down there at night. The entire section is traffic free, so Perps can come in through the alley’s around the LEO blocks. Getting around the bracelets is easy they are just paper.
