Authorities placed the Parks Reserve Forces Training Area, also known as Camp Parks, on lockdown Thursday morning while authorities investigated a threat received by the U.S. Army training facility.

The Alameda County Jail sits adjacent to Camp Parks. Used to be part of it and was a military lockup.
Unconfirmed report of an intruder on camp parks. No one seen and no confirmed shots fired. Searching garrison area. Many agencies on scene.

Yes, The Alameda County Jail is called Santa Rita because you get to it from Santa Rita Road.
What was this threat? Someone holding a bible or the constitution?
