It does not look like the “SUV” killed anyone. It looks like the driver got out of the vehicle while driving and was crushed to death. Sad and tragic, but SUV didn’t kill.

So says you! Well, that SUV is just a “masked AR-15” wandering the highways looking for someone to run down! All of our mechanical contrivances today have ulterior motives and don’t need any human intervention to murder us. (s)
As there were no witnesses and SUV cannot be forced to testify against itself, I'm confident that it rolls away scot-free.
Irregardless. (had to get that in)
Boy, you know I did that, inadvertently, but due to my preternatural catlike reflexes I got away with it. I was out observing, parked along a gravel road, and when I was finished I packed up and set out ... but DOH! I left my Norton’s Star Atlas on the hood ! It slid off and was passing under the car. I stopped and got out to fetch it, hoping that it hadn’t gone under the wheel. But just as I got out, I noticed that my 2011 Hyundai Tucson, which I love to drive, was still rolling! I had left it in drive! Hey, no prob, I just hopped back in, hit the brake, and put it in park. I found that my Norton’s was about ten feet behind the car and had not been run over. It was only when I got back in the car to leave ( finally ) that I started to get the sweats. Oh well, just don’t tell anybody. You’re the first to know.
