This is just Chi Town. Rest of state has less crime. Grew up 30 miles away in Hammond, IN. It’s always been high crime, I’ve been away nearly 50 yrs now and it’s just gotten worse.
Ditto goes for Memphis and Tennessee. Memphis had 101 Murders by Friday and we’d not really gotten to the weekend, murder rate way up. ANY Large city that is LIBTARD control has high crime. Nashville is a close second with half the rate. Only because it’s got a better police force that is not so picky that the officers must be black. In Memphis you have to be black and live in the city, not the county where it is a little safer. Beale street has become so unsafe they just went to bracelets with a $10 entry fee, and bars are putting in those walk thru metal detectors. Doubt that it will work, as the prep will just walk in from an alley and wait for the victim of choice.
BUT crime is moving into the next county over Tipton. We’ve seen 2 murders this year, very unusual, older people home invasion types.
