You are under the misconception that the Convention could change the Constitution. It would have no such power, any more than Congress has - it may only propose.

You have NOT thought through your own statements. You say "One State One Vote." True enough. However, how is that one vote reached but by majority vote of the delegates. Lord The a Convention sets their own rules see the First Constitutional Convention.

leave our present Constitution alone we have enough problems electing people that will obey it.
