That is within the MOE of +/- 5% and an increase. Trump is getting a bump for terrorism. The more this goes on it will be better for him. We are seeing it in other polls too. I expect him to be in the lead by next week as more and more info comes out.

If this is a legit poll, then they must have forced people to pick between just Trump and Clinton. There are no undecided voters here.
Which means Trump is picking up a majority of those undecided voters, since Hillary was ahead of Trump by a margin of 44/37 in other polls. So Hillary picks up 7% of undecided and trump picks up 12%.

I’d imagine his lead is even greater. Many of these people were likely polled before the ISIS attack on the Orlando homo club. At this point I’d imagine Trump’s lead over Hitlery is 70-30 at least.
