If you watch the video, he puts a gun to the cop’s side and demands money. As he’s picking up the items the cop dropped, the gun is still in plain view and pointed haphazardly. The cop was 100% in the right, IMO.
Yes, but that's because liberal judges have to deal with laws written by 'legislators' that hate cops. Lots of the anti-cop laws need to be revisited. Something Trump can do when he's President.
