Tonight it's Haydn's String Quartet in A, Op. 20/6, which goes best with a sweeter white wine, like a prosecco.

Following that is Schumann's "Fairy Tale Pictuers," Op. 113, for Viola and Piano, which fits well with an India pale ale.

Then comes Beethoven's Trio for Piano, Violin & Cello in D, Op. 70/1, the famous "Ghost" trio. It's best heard sober -- or totally blasted -- because the slow movement is eerie and hair-raising. (I don't have to worry about that hair problem anymore.)

I top it off with Mozart's Trio for Piano, Violin & Cello in G, K. 496, which is best accompanied by champagne. It's alight bubbly work full of beauty and humor.

Wow!
You HAVE been busy!
I may listen while I read a medieval (sort of) novel that
I have been dying to start reading!
I will post tunes tomorrow night when I am feeling better.
