The Swiss could always do fine without the EU, so this is a wise move on their part.
This also shows that the Brussels EU Fascists are losing some of their power to threaten and intimidate, the mechanism they and the US have used to gain compliance from Switzerland for three decades.

Switzerland was one of the last countries in the world to allow women to vote. Women have only been able to vote and take part in elections at federal level since 1971
Ask Ann Coulter. The women got the vote and the Nation got Harding. Without the votes of women, no Clinton, no Obama, no Hillary, no FDR, no Great Society, ...

They recreated the Soviet Union, a government with no territory. It will most likely collapse the same way as the Soviet Union, only with no nukes and stolen fighter jets. People stuck with Euros will be hurting as there is nothing to back the currency. Fiat money only has the value you and I agree it has. When you decide not to accept it anymore, I am stuck with wall paper.
Let the EU crumble and let Germany wallow in its own national and cultural suicide.

Just specify that receiving governmental assistance makes you ineligible to vote; problem solved.
