Whenever it was contained in its sandbox. No one cares what they do to each other. Once they were kicked out of Europe, they became unimportant on the world stage (with minor flare-ups like the Barbary Pirates and such) until oil was discovered in Arabia. Then WE (the developed world) made them important in world affairs.
But now that the U.S. of A has discovered and is known to contain several centuries worth of known oil, gas and coal, we can put the ragheads BACK in their sandbox and remove them from the A-List of world affairs. And Donald John Trump is just the man to do it.
