Everyone gun show I’ve been to has vendor tables doing the required checks. Years ago, I saw ‘something’ going on in the parking lot, but the LEOs swooped-in quickly and put an end to it.

Any sale made by a licensed dealer requires a background check. Any internet sale in which the gun crosses state lines requires transfer through a licensed dealer and a background check.

Only private sales between residents of the same state do not require a background state. Some states do not require concealed carry license holders to undergo a background check.

Back ground checks and gunshots do background checks, when you purchase a gun on line you go to your nearest Fu store for the background check the gun is sent to that store for you to pick up!!! That is the way it is in CA. ALTHOUGH CA. is hell where guns are concerned I can’t wait to get the hell out of here!!!!
