Following reports Wednesday morning of possible cuts in American military aid to Israel, Deputy Secretary of State Antony Blinken reiterated that the Obama administration was prepared to give the biggest military aid package in history, calling it the largest single pledge of military assistance from the United States to any country in our history, cementing an unparalleled security relationship all the way to 2029".
Blinkens comments came during his address at the Herzliya Conference Wednesday afternoon.
While the Deputy Secretary indicated the White House was likely to increase aid to Israel, he emphasized the Jewish states need to take concrete steps towards the formation of Palestinian state, including a total halt to settlement activity.
This has been the position of every American administration, Blinken said. The future seems more distant than ever, but to deny its possibility would be to surrender to cynicism, he said.
Pivoting to Iran, Blinken claimed that thanks to the Iranian nuclear deal negotiated by the Obama administration last year, everyone one of Irans pathways to a bomb has been blocked...

Hmmm...just after high level Russian-Israeli talks...
everyone one of Irans pathways to a bomb has been blocked...”

What strings are attached? Paleosimian rule?
Never quite what it seems, huh?
Payoff to US defense contractors for not squawking about the destruction of the US military.
Why do I suspect that most of the aid comes well after Obama is out of office and has a ton of strings attached?
Every country, Israel no exception, has to pay for US defense.
Following reports Wednesday morning of possible cuts in American military aid to Israel, Deputy Secretary of State Antony Blinken reiterated [the usual line of bull**** that gets a media punch-up about once a week, then...] emphasized the Jewish states need to take concrete steps towards the formation of Palestinian state, including a total halt to settlement activity.
You weren’t born yesterday.
Bigger than to Great Britain and/or the USSR during WWII??? Don’t think so.
LOL. Great response!
understood.
my thoughts...
take the aid, it only very partially, minimally offsets all the $$$$$$$ and weapons Obama is providing the enemy gets
(as you pointed out)
build your country and if the SnakeDept makes its usual anti-Jooo noises, just build faster... you’re way behind in providing housing and infrastructure and defensive facilities for your people
if any Nazis in WashDC ever ‘suspend’ any of this ‘aid’... just build what you need yourself or buy it from the other available sources.... we may all cherish the excellent alliance between Washington and Jeruslem, but you have to recognize reality... if WashDC continues under pro-Nazi control or influence... you will have to diversify your sources is all. It appears that Bibi understands most of this, he just needs a crash course in home-building is all..
Blessings to you and yours,

Israel has the most powerful military in the Middle East, followed by Turkey and Saudi Arabia, a new ranking released by Business Insider revealed on Monday.
In addition to being battle-tested against a variety of enemies, the Israel Defense Forces has a qualitative edge over all other militaries in the region, as well as a highly-capable air force, the report said.
“Pilot to pilot, airframe to airframe, the Israeli air force is the best in the world,” an expert who consulted Business Insider on the rankings said.
The rankings were based on a “holistic assessment” of the region’s militaries’ operational capabilities and hardware, Business Insider said. These assessments were based on the media outlet’s own research, and on interviews with two experts: Patrick Megahan, from the Foundation of Defense of Democracies’ Military Edge project, and Chris Harmer, senior naval analyst at the Institute for the Study of War.
Among the reasons for Israel’s ranking, Business Insider listed the IDF’s proven track record in successfully fighting both conventional armies, like Syria and Egypt in 1967 and 1973, and the Palestinian militant groups.

We are trillions in debt and yet our brilliant government continues to send billions of dollars to foreign nations. Spare me the argument that we must support our allies with free money. If they wish to be our allies, fine. If they want a loan, fine. If they want free money, let them look elsewhere!
No Israel should have never to pay not one single dime to the U.S. for the defense of their sovereignty.
Gee, wasn’t Netanyahu bragging a few years back how he really didn’t American handouts and would accepting them?
You’re telling me something I already know.
Thankful Egypt destroyed the majority of those Hamas tunnels.
The best aid package we could send Israel would be Obama and his ugly family trussed up like Thanksgiving turkeys, a boatload of neutron bombs labelled “Solutions”*, and a list of names and addresses for the Mossad to come...make housecalls.
