Reading the actual memo on Judicial Watch:

It seems to me that this is not quite the smoking gun the article and title indicate.

It does say the “The West” and “Countries in the West” support the opposition, which implies the US, and presumably includes supporting AQI (Al Quaeda in Iraq), but I’m not seeing where it says the Obama Administration was supporting Al Quaeda in Iraq.

(Not that I think he wasn’t...)
