Vice President Joe Biden deployed some colorful imagery at the United State of Women Summit on Tuesday, saying even a woman who walked “stark naked” to the U.S. Capitol had no right to receive unwanted touches from a man.
Biden said the Violence Against Women Act, which he drafted as a U.S. senator, articulated the fundamental right of women to live their lives free of abuse.
“I remember when we did the act, when we were debating it, I said if a woman in this audience got up, stripped down, stark naked, and walked over to the United States Capitol, she has a right to be arrested for indecent exposure, but no man, even in that circumstance, has a right to touch her,” he said. “No man has a right to touch her! Period! Period! Period!

Also, no prosecutor has the right to paint a 12 year old rape victim as some sort of stalker of older men.....but that’s just what Hillary did.

What if the man self identifies as a woman?
This is a deliberate miscasting of what is the issue: In the case of a woman (or man) that strips in public, no, that in itself is not consent to sex.
But, in the case of a woman (or man) who makes sexual advances, including body language, demeanor, dress (or undress), it is either consent or sexual harassment, especially if the sexual advances are made in private. (We’ll leave off to the side whether there is the demand for or offer of consideration, which would clarify consent, but would bring up other issues.)
In the old days, we had a bright line for consent; viz., a marriage certificate. We essentially had a refutable presumption that if there was sexual intercourse without a marriage certificate, the man was guilty of fraud in the inducement or else had raped the girl. (This is actually in the Bible.) Today, with free love and gender equality, we could be said to be exploring for what constitutes consent. But, the idea that women are presumed innocent is a remnant of old-fashioned thinking.
Can’t keep his fantasies to himself!
