I think each state should setup a network of training facilities and multiple dispersed armories. Instead of a draft, have low or no-cost firearm training for “US Citizens Only” after passing a written test which is in English. After demonstrating sufficient proficiency with firearms, they are added to the list of state acknowledged militia capable individuals. These individuals are free to join organized militias and would be a great first line of defense should any outside nation actually invade our soil.
The enemy is already here. Millions of them. It’s just a matter of time until the cells are given the the date and time to explode their wrath on America.
