It looks terrorism. Hopefully Trump will keep his Twitter powder dry til the facts come out.
If I were an advisor to Trump, I would tell him to restrict any comments to expressing sympathy for the victims and their families and offers of assistance. Wait until the facts come forth and then open fire.
