This bunch of snobbish, rich elitists don’t care if the democrats win it all...They have their cake...They are just scared to death that they won’t be able to “buy” Trump as they have the “professional politicians”...

They remind me of the liberal elitist woman at a New York cocktail party late in 2000...She said, “How did Bush ever win??? No one I know voted for him....”

Here’s hoping in late 2016, the same type of elitists have the same thing to say about President-Elect Donald J. Trump.

I was as heart broken and astonished as Romney himself when he lost. He might have made a good Preslident, but he let decorum, scrupulosity and timidity restrain any effective assault on Obama. Trump has much more courage, and it is contagious.

The original (mis)quote

“How can he have won? Nobody I know voted for him.”

goes back much further, allegedly uttered by Pauline Kael (The New Yorker) after the 1968 election of Richard Nixon.

Ostensibly, her actual quote was (ostensibly)

‘I live in a rather special world. I only know one person who voted for Nixon. Where they are I don’t know. They’re outside my ken. But sometimes when I’m in a theater I can feel them.’
