BTW, Homeland Security ought to be abolished and folded under Defense where it belongs. Homeland is just another superfluous department bringing with it more bureaucracy.

Oh hell yes, that would be a damn home run in my opinion, for that matter I'd like to see Duncan Hunter Jr as VP, and his Dad for SecDef. Two honored combat vets who have served our Nation well.

More bureaucracy and all the fascist jackboots that money can buy. I still spit when I occasionally see George W. Dum-Dum with that infamous speech announcing the creation of DHS and majestically intoning the "First Secretary to Protect the Homeland, Pennsylvania's Tom Ridge".
