Bartender Attacked For Serving Alcohol During Ramadan
A female Muslim bartender based in Nice, France, has been attacked by two men for serving alcohol during Islams holy month of Ramadan.
I was all alone in the bar when two passersby stormed in, the woman told French newspaper Nouvel Obs, as translated by RT.
They pointed at the alcohol bottles at the counter, and one of them told me in Arabic, You should be ashamed of serving alcohol during Ramadan.
One then threatened: If I was God, I would have you hanged.
The men left, but one later returned and hit the woman in her face, knocking her over.
Serving alcohol doesnt mean Im not following my [religious] duties. Im doing it because I am a bartender. In Tunisia, I do the same job and I never had any problems, she continued.
I cant believe that in France, the country of liberty, that I could be attacked like this, the bartender said.
I felt belittled, humiliated, dirty. I do not want other women to be victims of such aggression.
The assault was reported to the police, backed with CCTV evidence. The attackers have been identified, but have not been arrested, The Spirits Business understands.
Thirty years ago, I was a US sailor who enjoyed, the beaches, markets, casinos, and bars of Nice ...

It was 55 years ago for me, but I don’t think there were any casinos in Nice or Cannes back then. Cinderella liberty, but still had a great time enjoying the night life at age 18!
The lesson, of course, is that moslems believe that a drink is a no-no, but murder is perfectly okay.
A-holes.
Though islam is a cult and it would be nice to rescue its followers from it, many of its followers are so deeply brainwashed by it (if not demoniacally possessed), they cannot be rescued.
Call that new drink a "burnt offering". (thank you, thank you, I'll be here all week, try the veal)
