Saw this last night. Sessions is a solid pick. Trump is going to pick a VP that he can work with and do work for him. It’s not going to be to win a state or for PC purposes. The truth is VPs do not get the nominee elected as president.

I think this is a special case. Trump needs a very credible VP pick to give undecideds a better comfort level. A lot of them are planning to sit this one out. He can't afford that. The lower the turnout, the easier it is for the Rats to steal the cheese.

I dunno, Red. McCain was assisted by the Palin pick, though not with me. Never McCain.
A bad pick is costly. A Walker pick, or Establishment pick would be so much more divisive for TRUMP than a Sessions pick.
Walker would be loyal first to Ryan, rather than TRUMP.
