An estimated 400 protesters developed a "mob mentality" undercover officers' observations noted......their obervations were included in the arrest report of Antonio Moses Fernandez, 19, San Jose, who is accused of throwing a metal barrier into a police skirmish line following the Trump rally.

Fernandez made his first court appearance Tuesday and was charged with felony assault on a peace officer with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer, according to court documents.

Fernandez should be charged as a domestic terrorist under the Patriot Act.

"Section 802 of the P/A defines a domestic terrorist as one who engages (or who aids and abets) in violent activity in order to affect political change" (proof positive---the THUGGERY revolved around a political event).
