The entire U.S. Congress are traitors. They support Traitorobama and they’ve now admitted they’ll do nothing about Obamacare. They gang-rape the Bill of Rights. And they pass secret laws that Americans are not allowed to see but for which they can be prosecuted.

If a politician is an incumbent, he/she/it is hellspawn.

I’m sure there’ll be an exemption for communications going in or out of any mosk in America.

Here we all thought the Democrats were the anti-American party.

You know, love Texas. Love everything about Texas. The only exception is the politicians. Every Texas politician is no good. If democrat, they are neo-Marxist globalist cronies, utter blithering idiots, loyal Mexican citizens, or baby killers with gusto.
If GOP, they are establishment tools who are globalists, loyal citizens of Mexico, friends of the banking establishment, and authoritarian control freaks who want to micromanage every aspect of life.
They flavor their authoritarian impulse with utter ignorance.

Think down the list, Lyndon Johnson, Sheila Jackson Lee who thinks we landed on Mars, abortion Barbie, Jim Wright, etc. OR, we get W or any other Bush. We get Cruz, we get Perry, we get cornhole Cornyn, we get DeLay the bug killer who wants to stop Trump “at all costs”.

Such a great state, and produces among the worst most un-American politicans we endure.

That's gotta hurt Sen Sessions, who is more than likely on TRUMP's short list for VP. What is the true story Sen. Sessions? Care to share? Cornyn is nothing more than a cob Texas grows them; the eventually turn into flakes.

Now, officers can bypass the traditional warrant requirement in TRUE emergency situations: They are walking down the street, hear blood curdling screams from your house, they knock, no answer, you bet they can and will bust in.

The problem with the amendment in question is that as far as I could tell it doesn’t define emergency well enough. If it said:”Emergency as used herein means a situation wherein imminent, large scale loss of life appears clearly likely. Imminent shall be defined as within 48 hours.”

I’d be fine with that. Otherwise, every friggin’ thing becomes an “emergency”, including that the police go off duty in 2 hours and don’t want to stay overtime to draft a warrant.

the Republicans are pushing these things even harder than are the Democrats. The irony is that when the Show Trials begin, and they will begin- sooner with a Democrat being elected this year, and a bit later if Trump wins- the Republicans will be the first Defendants. They are allies with the Democrat Totalists now, hoping the crocodile will eat them last, but history shows that the first victims after the Massive Reordering and Cleanup are the allies who don’t nominally belong to the ruling party. After them come the direct members of the ruling party as the leaders fight it out to become The Leader.

I trust Sen. Sessions. He is a great senator and would be a great VP.

Special report: America's perpetual state of emergency The US has been in multiple "states of emergency" for decades.

An emergency declared by President Jimmy Carter on the 10th day of the Iranian hostage crisis in 1979 remains in effect almost 35 years later.

The first thing every incoming president does is renew a bunch of "state of emergency" declarations, which provide the continuing authority for much of governmental power.
