After reading this, you could very well change your mind:

Change my mind about what?

I know the truth about La Raza...

My point which you seemed to have missed is perception IS reality...

What Trump said sounded "racist" though it really wasn't because he make the issue about his ethnicity rather than his La Raza perceived ideology and unfairness presiding over his civil trial...

My point about this being the general election basically is saying he no longer has to say controversy comments to keep in the news cycle, which I think his "mexican" comment was really about...

He's the nominee and his controversial comments will get a lot more scrutiny by the general public who are now starting to pay attention...

I have some very good news though.

With the summer season being here, people are not going to be paying much attention to what is going on until Labor Day holiday or weekend, right afterwards. That is where people are going to start to PAY ATTENTION to the general election. Folks right now are taking their vacations or just want to be outside more. Just saying.

No, perception is not reality. Facts are facts. Liberals love to claim that facts don't exist and that "perception is reality". It's one of their greatest weapons.

I'm not saying that you're a liberal, but falling into their trap is a mistake.

Here’s my take: Trump totally took the limelight from Hillary winning most of the states. He talked about the judge being from Mexican descent, which got all the media talking about it. Then, he brings up this guy’s La Raza connection, which gets people learning about this racist organization. That the judge was a member of a Hispanic legal association that made one of it’s goals to target all Trump’s businesses comes out next. And the cherry on the top is that his parents might have been illegals. lots of bias and racism on the judge’s part; Trump is vindicated PLUS the country now knows about La Reza and other racist organizations that hate America. This only strengthens Trump. And Trump is seen as the victim of racism and corrupt courts - many millions more will identify with Trump over this - vs Hillary who created the corruption.
