OTOH, Greenpeace's lies and obfuscations affect each and every American in the pocketbook from the bogus global warming/energy legislation it sponsors.

Not to worry, Greenpeace will get this put in front of Judge Gozolo Curiel, problem solved. He’s a member of “The Klan With A Tan,” and will undoubtedly leak anything that will help Greenpeace!
A very great deal of it IS gamesmanship. It has been that way for a long, long time - it's just more obvious now.
