The party needs to unite behind our nominee. As a Cruz supporter, Ted either needs to either support Trump or be quiet.

Cruz is being Cruz by playing politics up until the final time to make the support annoucement.
That will come at the convention after Cruz has got his platform planks he’s looking for.
When all is adopted and Trump is the official nominee Cruz will make a big splash for Trump.

Cruz was the biggest loser out of the candidates. At least the others dropped out with dignity, can’t say the same for him.
