Over the past few weeks, I have watched as the media has reported one inaccuracy after another

Join the club, that's what they do when it's anything regarding Trump. 2nd, of course it's appropriate to question the judge's bias here and it's not racist as proven by the media reaction to so many Black leaders who question the motive and bias of White police officers - it is accepted and goes unchallenged. So yes the media is biased and it is appropriate to ask for a fair trial by an unbiased judge, who in this case is a member of a violent ethnic group La Raza.

I can’t help but think that the GOP Establishment is behind all of this turbulence surrounding a civil case. They could not beat Trump at the polls, but they may be trying to snatch from him his right to the GOP nomination. Anybody who supports Trump should resist the attempt to substitute another nominee for Trump.

I have noticed that all the news reports and all of the discussions about Trump’s comments about the judge do not say a word about the La Raza connection. This connection reinforces Trump’s objection that the judge may be biased. If I were the defense involved in jury selection, I would have rejected Judge Gonzalo P. Curiel from the jury. Curiel’s position as the judge for the litigation, should be rejected for the same reasons.

One of the objectives The Donald seems to be pursuing, has nothing whatsoever to do with Trump University or the merits of the case. This has been a thrust at Political Correctness, in that it is considered “bad manners” and “gauche” to bring up the ethnicity of the obviously prejudiced judge sitting on this civil dispute, a judge that keeps the case alive, though it could have been settled years ago on summary judgment. Obvious harassment. Nobody harasses The Donald, except at their own peril.

Certainly, the vast majority of persons of Hispanic ethnicity (which itself is a kind of generalized and poorly defined class of people) would have little or nothing to do with the particular set of prejudices and bias that Gonzalo Curiel brings to the bench. He is sharply partisan in his associations, both with the various facets of the La Raza organizations, and with the obvious taint of his connections with the Clinton Crime Family Syndicate.
