No, it is just more of the same. The IRS, the EPA, State, all spitting in the faces of the American public with impunity. Emboldened by the top of the executive branch. If only, if only, we didn't have a (pardon my choice of term) pussified Republican Congress either terrified of actually using their constitutional powers or, perhaps, complicit in the spit-fest.

And you can bet your last dollar that they found the dumbest, slowest people that they had (which must have in itself been a very difficult task, given the competition) and put them on the project.
Sort of like what I’ve observed in business prior to the Internet era - put the dumbest, slowest people possible in accounts payable.
