However what Odungo is describing can be accomplished by hacking a server to retrieve logs (or program it to send you logs). (With a warrant, of course)
The Government tracks everything that is digitized -- financial transactions, credit card purchases, web searches, emails, texts, identities of incoming & outgoing phone calls, and plenty more.
