Answered my own question..

Apparently not dependent on satellite-based GPS to navigate or locate targets. Probably some sort of Inertial Navigation System (INS), I suppose. Receive a target profile, target vector, and estimated distance from the ship as part of the launch sequence and then set free to hunt it down autonomously. Hard to jam a link that isn’t there.
How is this different from the Tomahawk ASM?
