It will be controlled by the newly built 22 lbs Russian laptop that is so rugged that it can be dropped from an aircraft to the ship without a parachute. The only problem is that by doing so it will sink the world class destroyer.
They build some good looking ships. But the quality is seriously lacking. The reason why Russia ordered the two Mistral's from France is because their own yards can't compete.
