I don't know if this is true but it's from the Renee For Congress facebook page. Apparently George Holding is very low energy, loves commoncore, lobbyists, and apparently doesn't want to make America Great Again.

George seems to think working with the N.C. Congressional delegation, including our two Republican senators, to craft an agenda for entitlement reforms is beneath him, but we have learned traveling the world to collect money from lobbyists isn’t.
George says he voted against the farm bill because it didn't contain enough SNAP reforms, but when all of our NC Republican congressional delegation including our two senators joined together to work on crafting conservative entitlement reforms to SNAP and other programs he shirked his responsibilities. Instead he went to Florida to raise money for his campaign.. Where are his priorities? You have to show up to lead. I will continue to fight for conservative solutions for our state, our farmer and our families.

Protecting family-owned farms is one of my top priorities. That’s why I was proud to stand with the NC Poultry Federation and National Chicken Council to support the Farm Bill. Sadly, my opponent caved into Washington special interests and didn’t vote the right way. I’ll always put North Carolina first.
