Nothing new. Newsmen were doing this forty years ago, for anti-gun “documentaries”. They seem to get away with it.
I remember when a newsman gave a straw man several thousand dollars to buy guns at a gun show. He did. New Berettas, colts, S&W guns, nice guns.
Then the newsman turns to the camera with all these guns and goes into an anti-gun rant. After he finished, with a self satisfied smug look on his face he said these words....
“THESE guns will now be turned over to the police, where they will be destroyed!”
No problem,the factories are working overtime churning out guns to replace those and many more.The only loser is the reporter who’s out the money,if it even was his money.Hey,I think some laws were broken here...
