Popman Boehner had nothing to do with writing budgets, ways and means committee write the budgets which Ryan was the head of I DO NOT believe for a minute Boehner had one finger print on that budget VERY easy for LYIN RYAN to put it in his lap!!! Just my opinion!!!!
