Seems harsh but Trump is 100% correct about this judge. Judges should make EVERY effort at impartiality and Gonzalo's participation in the La Raza scholarship activity can be interpreted one way and one way ONLY. That he AGREES all other ethnicity shall be EXCLUDED from scholarship awards.
