Cheryl Mills, Hillary Clintons chief of staff during her four years as secretary of state, demonstrated a repeated inability to recall key information about her former bosss private, unsecured email server in a deposition with Judicial Watch, according to a 270-page transcript released Tuesday.
In testimony Friday that lasted seven hours, three attorneys representing Mills and four from the Justice Department interrupted Judicial Watch attorneys approximately 250 times, shouting objection to argue why Mills should not answer the question posed.
When Mills finally did answer, she responded I dont recall 40 times and I dont know to another 182 questions. Her testimony was characterized by pleading she was too busy, too stressed or not sufficiently expert to have appreciated the legal implications of Hillary Clintons decision to use two BlackBerry phones to conduct her official State Department correspondence via a personal server in her Chappaqua, New York, residence.
Get a first-hand account of the Democratic Party presidential front-runners character in Hillary The Other Woman. Then take action with the Hillary Clinton Investigative Justice Project and let others know, with a bumper sticker calling for Hillary for prosecution, not president.
Nevertheless, Mills confirmed that President Bill Clinton first established ClintonEmail.com on the private email server to communicate with his office staff, evidently while he was still president.
Rather than establish a separate private email server for Hillary Clinton after she became secretary of state, the Clintons decided simply to use ClintonEmail.com.

How freaking convenient! I guess her brain was in the blender toO!!
Bill should have to answer questions too.
Reminds me of the parody Rush used to play of Hillary - My brains in a blender - It’s Jello” LOL
No wonder Paul McCartney divorced her...oh, wait, wrong Mills.
Reminds me of a Banana Republic.
Waterboarding would “improve” her memory.
Is there not some point that this kind action can be interpreted as contempt of court?
Kind of reminds me of the old Mafia trial testimonies. Omerta.
Would be great to use this for traffic offenses:
Were You Driving 85 in a School Zone?
I can’t recall
Were You Under the Influence of Alcohol while driving in the School Zone with a BAC of 0.28?
I can’t recall
Were You Also Smoking A Crack Pipe While Talking on a cell phone at the time you hit the school bus full of kindergarteners while drunk driving through the school zone at 85mph?
I can’t recall
You are free to go
Mob Lawyers - that’s how they roll
Remember Hillary could not remember anything when she went before a grand jury in the ‘90s. So I figure she doesn’t remember anything about her time as Senator or Secretary of State. She had no idea what happened at the Rose Law Firm 2 years after she left. Her memory is so short she should be in a memory care center.
Deposition responses are testimony. All the plaintiff has to do is prove that she knew something she claims she had no recollection of, and she faces a perjury charge, possible disbarment and other consequences.
Of course this is predicated on us being a nation of laws, so there’s the rub.
OTOH, look at the Democrat “lawyers” who lost their licenses to practice law. As Trump put it, politicians are the worst.
Does America need Hillary and people as stupid as Mills?
LOL - maybe she's afraid of lying under oath...
Her mind is Jell-O, Jell-O, Jell-o...
Now that’s not fair ... she does remember being under sniper fire in Bosnia.
