Oh she was definitely committing crimes.
By ‘hiding public business’, I a, referring to the initial crime of pro-actively taking actions to hide her emails from FOIA requests. That’s a crime.
Just today, Madeline Albright excused her actions because ‘nobody was killed’...you can see the goal post keeps getting moved from ‘it wasn’t secret’ to ‘it wasn’t marked secret’ etc all the way to ‘nobody was killed’.
The security status of the emails is still being investigated...but don’t let the left use that as a ‘get out of jail free card’. What we already know, with great certainty, is that she conducted 100% of her state dept business on a private server...meant to hide that business from the people. That initial crime should be enough to get her fined, lose law license, and never be granted a security clearance again (disqualifying her for president).
