Why not? The judges parents are from Mexico, a country where tens of millions of Mexicans clearly have zero respect for American rules, laws, borders etc. In fact, people from Mexico are some of the most disrespectful people on the planet in regards to American rules and law.

I have no idea what the judges attitude is about America, I do know in most cases, it’s not the best idea to piss off the judge ruling on your case...
