Somebody posted recently that you can visit Zillow and enter your ZIP code; you’d be shocked at how many homes are in foreclosure/distress.
It vindicated my posts pointing out there has been NO RECOVERY AT ALL here in NJ. Anyone trying to sell a home is screwed because they are competing with all of these discounted homes on the market; this can’t be hidden from Americans in NJ today, so nobody wants to buy a home (since the demand continues to fall).
