Cost too much?
The ethically challenged should attend on their own time.
Those opposing the DOJ should be assigned to lead the ethics rehab sessions. It shouldn’t cost the DOJ a dime.
When I get caught not wearing my seat belt or other unethcial behavior my employer doesn’t pay for my driving school sessions. I pay for them and go on my own time.

So the DOJ opposes ethics?

Don’t blame them. Ethics to Obola’s DOJ is like kryptonite to Superman.
