LUTZ, Fla. (WFLA) – A 31-year-old Land O’ Lakes man is facing a variety of charges following a serious crash Monday near the intersection of US 41 and County Line Road in Lutz.
Robert Vance is being held without bond at the Pasco County Jail. He is facing one count of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, one count of leaving the scene of a crash involving injury and one count of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license. Florida Highway Patrol says Vance is classified as a habitual traffic offender.
Witnesses say Vance drove his vehicle over a motorcycle carrying a man and woman before fleeing.
Just moments before the incident, the suspect exchanged words with the driver of the motorcycle – identified as Joseph Philipp Calderazzo – and his passenger, Melanie Ann Milinkovich. One witness shot video on his cellphone that clearly shows Calderazzo and Milinkovich being knocked from the motorcycle as Vance drives into it.
Abe Garcia shared the video with News Channel 8. He says the people on the bikes are veterans and for this incident to happen on Memorial Day is a shame.
Fortunately the motorcyclists were not seriously injured, suffering a few minor scrapes and bruises, and were treated at the scene.
Pray that he hasn’t reproduced.
He (it) needs about 20 years of anger management classes in the FL state prison.

Eventually, he’s going to harrass the wrong American, and get a well placed bullet for his efforts. Some folks are ‘born on the wrong side of the bed’ so to speak, and approach their lives as though at war when their is no real battle.
At least now, more people know who and what he is.

Too bad for him he is not an illegal alien, I mean undocumented worker. He would get off with a slap on the wrist, medical care, (un)earned income credit and a host of other benefits.
I saw that video and it's a wonder that couple weren't killed...............It would have been nice if the bikers had been Hell's Angels, they'd probably save the city money in court fees.
That ‘immaturity’ thing is often the result of using Mary Jane from early teens ... makes nasty wussies out of boys. He clearly attempted to murder at least the operator of the cycle so he should be gone for 50 years to life.
Just curious: were the bikers flying the American Flag or did they have a Trump sticker?
