I too have some experience.I appreciate your expert opinion. The key is pre indictment clemency. I now realize imo that obama will have to grant 20-30 clemency decrees, including Bill, hILL and Humma Wiener, Sherill Mills and Jake. But so many rats in the nest. !! He will have to stop any trial by the Trump administration. THIS IS SO huge!!
