I have worked in Namibia and spent time in SA. Namibia’s got some problems primarily associated with poverty, but nothing in comparison to SA. The beauty of Namibia is that it is twice the size of California and has a population a bit over two million, making it one of the least densely populated countries on Earth. It’s beautiful, and if you want an “African” experience, can’t be beat.

If I could afford it, I think a safari to Namibia would be great. I lived in Ethiopia for a short time, so I’ve had the “African experience”, and I’m certain a Namibia could beat Ethiopia by a mile.
